BSNL New GPRS Setting For West Zone

Recently BSNL Changed its GPRS Setting for West Zone Customer.
Here is Details and Setting For new GPRS/Wap/MMS setting :

GPRS Setting
This setting can be used by any application, PC Connectivity and for Wap Browsing.

Name : BSNLSTREAM
Data Bearer : Packet Data
Access Point : bsnlstream
Username/Password : Leave it blank
Authentication : Normal
Homepage : http://google.com (or any of your fav site )
Proxy IP/Port : NIL

WAP Browsing

Wap setting can be used for browsing using internal browser of the phone for browsing WAP Enabled pages. Please note you cannot use the WAP Setting for checking POP/SMTP/IMAP email, or use with other application ( unless provided by provider )

Access Point : bsnllive
Username/Password : Leave it blank
Authentication : Normal
Homepage : http://bsnllive.in
Proxy IP : 10.220.67.131
Proxy Port : 8080

Name : BSNLNET
Data Bearer : Packet Data
Access Point : bsnlnet
Username/Password : Leave it blank
Authentication : Normal
Homepage : http://www.google.co.in ( Or any of your fav wap site )
Proxy IP/Port : NIL

MMS Setting
MMS or Multimedia Messeging services, is used for sending/receiving Multimedia messages from Mobile Phones
Name : BSNLMMS
Data Bearer : Packet Data
Access Point : bsnlmms
Username/Password : Leave it blank
Authentication : Normal
Homepage : http://bsnlmmsc.in ( Or any of your fav wap site )
Proxy IP : 10.210.10.11
Proxy Port : 8080

    I am unable to use this setting with UC BROWSER, AND other applications.
    Plz somebody help me.
